Some frequently asked questions and my answers:

 
1) I’ve forgotten my user name and/or password. What should I do?

2) How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is set up as a pre-approved payment in your PayPal account so you will need to cancel that payment in order to end your subscription. If you do this prior to your next payment date, as detailed in your monthly payment confirmation emails from PayPal, no further payments will be taken but you will continue to have access to the service until that date.

3) I have joined your mailing list. Why can’t I log in to your web site?

If you have registered on my mailing list you will receive regular emails updates, e.g. my monthly astro-energy reports. However, to log in and access the additional content available to subscribers you will need to purchase a monthly subscription. You can do so here.

4) What sort of readings do you do and how much do they cost?

I do not offer personal readings at present as I currently teach and write full-time. I recommend Melanie Reinhart to anyone seeking a personal reading.

5) Can you give me some advice about a specific situation I’m in?

No, I do not offer any personal readings or advice at present as I currently teach and write full-time.

6) How much are your prices in my local currency?

There is a link to an on-line currency converter on each order page. Additionally, PayPal will advise you of the cost in your own currency prior to completing the purchase.

7) Can I pay you in my own currency?

I can only receive payment in British Pounds, but PayPal will advise you of the cost in your own currency before you complete your purchase.

8) Must I have a PayPal account in order to enrol on your course?

No. If you do not have a PayPal account and don’t want to set one up you can choose the ‘Pay with a Debit or Credit Card’ option on the payment page once you have ordered from my web site. This will enable you to pay by card without setting up a PayPal account. However, this option is not available if you wish to pay for the course with the three or nine month payment plan, which will require a PayPal account.
