Trouble Logging In?

If you are an Awakenings Subscriber and having trouble logging in please remember the following:

 

  • Your user name is not necessarily your e mail address. It is the name you assigned to yourself when you created your account. You will find it in the initial e mail you received when you first subscribed.

 

  • All passwords are case sensitive. You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Lost your password?’ link just below the login area on each page of the site. You can also set up a “password hint” on your profile page when you are logged in. Just hover your mouse pointer over your name in the top right corner of the screen and then select “Edit my Profile”. The setting you need is just below “Additional Registration Information”.

 

  • If you receive a screen telling you that you have inputted incorrect information after attempting to log in, that screen will tell you whether it is a problem with your user name or password.

 

  • The log-in is for paid subscribers only. If you would like to purchase a subscription you can do so here.
