Some frequently asked questions and answers:

I’ve purchased a course but not received any materials. What should I do?

We aim to deliver course materials to purchasers within 48 hours of purchase. If you’ve not received your materials within this timeframe, and bearing in mind our office hours are 9am to 5pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, first check your email spam/junk folder. In almost all cases where we’ve been contacted by a purchaser with this query it has transpired that our email has been filtered into this folder. If you’ve checked this and still can’t find our email then please email us.

Does the self-study course include any tutor support?

The self-study course does not come with tutor support. It contains all the resources you need to study astrology at an introductory level. However, students of the course have the opportunity to receive one-to-one Skype tutorials with me to enhance their learning if they wish to. More information about tutorials is available here.

Are courses and materials available in languages other than English?

No. Our course materials run to hundreds of pages of text and many hours of audio and it is not practical or financially viable for us to provide translations.

Can I book a reading with you?

When I’m available for readings a purchase page will be listed in the menu at the top of this web site. If I’m not currently available, I recommend Melanie Reinhart if you’re seeking a reading.  If she is currently fully booked she lists other astrologers that you can contact on the above linked page.

Can you give me some advice about a specific situation I’m in?

Do you have a waiting list for readings?

How much are your prices in my local currency?

PayPal will advise you of the cost in your own currency prior to completing the purchase.

Can I pay you in my own currency?

I can only receive payment in British Pounds at this time, but PayPal will advise you of the cost in your own currency before you complete your purchase.

Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to pay you?

No. If you do not have a PayPal account and don’t want to set one up you can choose the ‘Pay with a Debit or Credit Card’ option on the PayPal payment page once you have ordered from my web site. This will enable you to pay by card without setting up a PayPal account.
